MLC Designs of Wixom have made the difference for us. Finding good tenants the months of December, January and even into February is traditionally very difficult. We made the decision to hire MLC and are we glad we did. They came the last week of December and two weeks later we have just signed paperwork for a new tenant. A very well qualified tenant. We couldn't be more pleased. They worked with us and our budget, and provided excellent service using quality items for the staging. They understood the need and really went above and beyond in their ideas and understanding of where we were. We can't say enough good things about them. We will definitely use them again for our future vacancies. Thank you Bill Costello and Maureen. Super happy.

Beginning of November isn't the best time to put a house on the market, but the staging really helped. We received great responses and were able to close on the house before Christmas.

My partner and I were looking for staging company and MLC Designs went above and beyond what we expected! Great pricing, but better service from the whole team. Maureen helped quite a bit with design and style for us before we actually staged. they came out helped with fixture choices, paint colors, etc. When we listed the house, had 7 showings first day, and accepted full price offer that night! I am sure it was the staging and everything that helped us! Will use MLC Designs again and recommend!

They have done several stages for me and have been excellent. My homes have sold in 10 days or less. They are reasonable with pricing are able to always meet my needs. Great product!
